All registrants who have requested accommodation as part of their registration will receive a detailed hotel reservation confirmation email from our Event Team.
All reservations will still require a credit card as a guarantee for guest incidentals.

Additional accommodation night’s outside of your allocation will be charged to your personal credit card at USD165.00 Nett per room, per night including breakfast.
Check-in and Check-out
The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM on your day of arrival and the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 PM on your day of departure. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.
Change or cancellation of Room Reservation
If you need to cancel a reservation, please reach out to the Events Team. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to and including Thursday 18 December 2025. Should you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees. In the case of no-show, the hotel will also charge for the duration of your intended stay as cancellation fees.
